Existing clients can text 214 998-2471 the day or date you want to visit and we will text within 48 hours to let you know what is available. 

Our hours of operation are: 

Monday: 10:30  am – 1:00 pm

Thursday: 1 pm –  3:30 pm

We service the cities of Desoto zip 75115 and the Dallas county part of Glenn Heights zip 75154 Only 

Please bring the following required documentation to complete the application process:

1. You will need to verify your identity.   Acceptable forms of identification are: Driver’s License/State Identification with a photo/Passport .

2. You will need to verify that you are resident in the 75115 or 75154 zip codes . 

Acceptable forms of  verification of residency is any of the following:

• Current Water Bill
• Current Electric Bill
• Current Gas Bill
• Current Phone Bill
• Current Cable Bill
• Lease Agreement
• Mortgage Statement
• Letter from landlord confirming residency and listing full address and amount of rent.
• A dated letter from family member confirming residency and listing full address and amount of rent.
• Note a driver's license is not accepted as verification of residency

3. You will need to provide your income source and amount.

          Income sources

•  Current pay stubs 
•  Disability income award letter
• Unemployment award letter
• Current bank statement showing direct deposit
• Section 8 letter
• Child support
• TANF
• V.A. Benefits
• Retirement or pension
• Workers  compensation
